Mark is a Certified Process Professional Master and Licensed Coach with 20 years experience as both direct deliverer and delivering support to business activities. He is an experienced leader, facilitator and change agent with a background spanning Waste Management, Construction, Safety and Risk Management, Project and Programme Management, Project Controls, Business Support, Nuclear Decommissioning and Nuclear Plant Refurbishments.


Mark over the last 8 years has been consultanting to teams delivering Process Improvements across a wide variety of business environments. He has a proven track record of delivering large change programmes allowing organisations to identify, develop and realise benefits through implementation of
appropriate techniques. Mark has worked in collaboration with other consultant agencies and with a team of experienced business professionals to deliver fundamental shifts in business strategy in order to gain the Triple Crown.

Mark has a wealth of experience and education which he has applied across many business areas through facilitated, and structured, change, delivey of
coaching and mentoring support alongside formal training through instruction and in particular Learning by Doing.
