About Me
I’m a business professional. I help leaders get better at what they do, I help leaders to improve the way they work, improve customer service, increase revenue, reduce costs. I am the best at what I do, through a passion for making business better. There's nothing magical about what I do, I just understand how a leader needs to work in order to get their business to deliver the maximum value ‐ I know because I’ve spent my working life doing it. It doesn't matter which sector the business is in or the stage it's at, from a start-up to a mature organization, I know I can help. I have working experience associated across every business sector and I’ve got partners who can fill in the gaps.

With many years’ experience as an entrepreneur, business owner and business consultant, having worked with numerous companies in a wide spectrum of industries in all growth stages and situations. I support the strategic direction of the company and work one‐to‐one with clients in helping them achieve business success. I have extensive experience in Business Planning, Marketing, Business Consulting, Quality, Innovation and Business Process Management (BPM). I have delivered presentations and keynote speeches at institutions of higher learning and national professional conferences.
My mission is to work as a partner with my clients and colleagues to create sustained and measurable success one conversation at a time.
