Continuous development

  • Maintain the currency of your credential through the prescribed renewal activities within each cycle.
  • Stay informed about updates to the CEMMethod and apply them in your practice.

Respect and collaboration

  • Treat fellow credential holders, coaches, clients, and BP Group staff with courtesy and respect.
  • Provide constructive, evidence-based feedback when reviewing peer work or participating in community forums.
  • Refrain from any conduct that could bring the profession or the BP Group credential framework into disrepute.

Accountability

  • Accept responsibility for the quality and impact of your professional work.
  • Report any known breaches of this Code to BP Group in good faith.
  • Co-operate with any review or inquiry initiated by BP Group in connection with this Code.
