BP Group Names Elzette Correia ACX Mentor of the Month for July 2026
Honouring a customer experience and insights leader devoted to growing the next generation of ACX Masters.

The BP Group is proud to announce Elzette Correia, ACX‑Mentor®, as its Mentor of the Month for July 2026. The recognition celebrates the people who embody the very best of customer‑centred transformation and who give their expertise generously to others.
As an Accredited ACX Mentor®, Elzette occupies the highest level of the ACX certification pathway, the level reserved for those who can coach, guide, and embed customer‑centred transformation across organisations. This appointment honours not only her own mastery, but a career‑long commitment to developing capability in others.
A Leader Who Understands Customers and People
In her role as Head: Customer Insights, Experience & Engagement at Momentum Metropolitan, Elzette has driven a customer‑centric, insights‑led culture across one of South Africa’s leading financial services groups. Her career spans more than 18 years and some of the most respected names in customer research and experience, including Ipsos, Ask Afrika, and Conexus, across customer experience management, journey design, insights generation, and strategy.
What sets Elzette apart is not only her command of the discipline, but her philosophy of leadership. In her own words: “I believe in servant leadership. Seeing someone who I have mentored grow brings me so much joy.” It is precisely this ethos that makes her transition into ACX mentoring so natural, and so impactful.
A Milestone Worth Celebrating
This recognition follows a defining moment in Elzette’s mentoring journey. In June 2026, she facilitated her first Accredited Customer Experience Masters® (ACXM) training, guiding three professionals from Momentum to qualification as the newest ACX Masters in South Africa: Stacey McGregor, Lutfiyya Seedat (MBA, PhD Candidate), and Lyn Muzondo.
It was a powerful debut. To lead a cohort to ACXM qualification at the first time of facilitating speaks to the depth of Elzette’s expertise and the quality of her mentorship. As she told the new graduates: “Can’t wait to see the impact you will bring.”
From Practitioner to Mentor
Elzette continues her customer experience leadership at Momentum Metropolitan through the end of July 2026. Her evolution into ACX mentoring marks the natural next chapter, moving from delivering customer‑centred results to building the capability of those who will deliver them next.
This is precisely the journey the ACX pathway is designed to enable: practitioners becoming masters, and masters becoming mentors who multiply their impact across teams, organisations, and borders.
