Seven categories of professional activity. Caps ensure a balanced portfolio.
Rules that matter
50% real-time minimum
At least half of all points must come from live, instructor-led learning.
Annual floor
6 points per year including 3 live; misses trigger an audit.
Carryover
Up to 5 points (live or applied only) carry into the next cycle.
ACXA® Annual Advisor
Three live points per year satisfies the live floor automatically.
How renewal works
Log points
Record activities as you earn them in your dashboard.
Submit application
60 days before your cycle-end date.
Council review
Secretariat reviews within 10 business days.
Audit (if selected)
10% random + 100% top-tier + triggers.
Certificate issued
New badge and certificate; next cycle begins.

Lapse & reinstatement
Within 180 days
Reinstate by completing any missing points and paying the standard fee plus the late surcharge. No re-examination required.
After 180 days
Credential is permanently revoked. To regain it, re-attend the full workshop at your tier level. No exam bypass is available.
